TRAVEL TO THE RANCH:
If you are planning to fly into Colorado the closest airport is Pueblo (an hour drive from the ranch), though it has very few commercial flights. The next closest would be Colorado Springs (2 hours away) and the most commonly used is Denver (3 hours and that is where I fly into because of the better flight & rental car options).

LOOKING TO COORDINATE TRAVEL?:
For those of you making the journey from out of state, I promise the party is worth the travel! But let's see if we can make the trip easier by coordinating with other Ranchin' patrons! Please fill out some info on Ride Coordinating Form and we will connect riders to vehicles.

DIRECTIONS TO THE RANCH:
The ranch is located at 37.722925, -105.276446, for navigation plug the coordinates in and it will take you to the house, or you can follow the directions below.
Cell service is limited and the directions are heavy on land marks so I recommend PRINTING THESE OUT:
Also, closest gas station is 45 minutes away, so be sure to FILL UP ON GAS before you leave Pueblo! There is cheap gas on the south end of Pueblo. Take Pueblo Blvd west and there is a Western and a Loaf & Jug. If you miss that there is also gas in Colorado City.

Coming from the North: I-25 S through Pueblo, exit I-25 at exit 56 Red Rock Road. Take Red Rock Road west to the end of the road where it runs into Hwy 69 (not marked). Take a right and follow 69 towards the mountains for about 25-30 minutes. You will pass through the small town of Gardner, after the town there will be a left hand turn onto County Road 550, take it 7 miles to CR 570 (will have a small hand painted green sign on a fence post, and if you miss the turn the road becomes CR580 and is dirt about 50 feet later, so you will know you missed the turn). IMPORTANT: 570 is a strange road because it is a U with two entrances, be sure not to turn on the first one, which is about 5 miles down 550, as opposed to 7 miles, and will take you to Pass Creek.
Take 570 (the left turn at the green sign and a dirt road) for about 2 miles, you will cross a river and go between two hills "hogbacks", as you pass through the two hills stay left on 570 and go up the hill, follow the road straight as you come over the hill. You will cross a cattle guard and see a sign welcoming you to Redwing Ranch! Follow the road a little farther and just past the pond on your left, but before the yellow house, there will be another left hand turn into the alfalfa fields. The turn is marked by a tree sculpture on your left and a bright red cattle guard. Turn left and cross the cattle guard and take the road into the field past some old houses and follow the driveway N/NE towards the cotton woods, cross another cattle guard and keep driving all the way to the house (about 1.5 miles, the house is brown adobe with blue trim).
Let me know if you have any questions! House phone is 719-746-3000.
