Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 10, 2026

At Redwing Ranch, our workshops require significant advance coordination—from sourcing local ingredients for meals to securing instructors and specialized materials. To ensure the sustainability of our programs and respect the resources committed to each participant, we adhere to the following policy:

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

  • 30 Days or More Prior to Workshop Start: Eligible for a full refund, minus a 3% administrative processing fee.

  • Less than 30 Days Prior to Workshop Start: No refunds available. Because we have already finalized lodging, meals, and materials for your spot at this stage, program fees are non-refundable.

The "Pass the Torch" Policy (Ticket Transfers)

If you are unable to attend within the 30-day window, we encourage you to transfer your ticket to another participant. This keeps the seat filled and the knowledge moving. There is no cost to transfer a ticket; please notify us at least 72 hours in advance so we can update our records and headcounts.

Redwing Ranch Cancellations

Redwing Ranch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, wildfire, or instructor emergency) or insufficient enrollment. In these rare events, participants will receive their choice of a full refund or a credit toward a future workshop.
