Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 25, 2025

At Redwing Ranch, our workshops require significant planning, lodging, meals, and materials. To respect this commitment, please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

• More than 30 days before workshop start: Full refund, minus a 3% processing fee.

• 15–30 days before workshop start: 50% refund.

• 14 days or less before workshop start: No refunds available. Your spot is fully committed at this stage.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• For select services, we require a credit card on file.

• Cancellations or no-shows within 48–72 hours of the workshop start time may be charged up to 100% of the booking cost, at Redwing Ranch’s discretion.

Ticket Transfers

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant at no cost. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop so we can update our records.

Redwing Ranch Cancellations

If we must cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or instructor availability), you may choose between a full refund or a transfer to another event.
