Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 25, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, payments, and participation in workshops, events, and services offered by Redwing Ranch (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.
Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.
For select services, a card on file may be required to secure your reservation.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to Redwing Ranch’s Refund & Cancellation Policy, available [here] (link to your Refund Policy page).
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

For workshops requiring a card on file, cancellations or no-shows within 48–72 hours of the event may be charged up to 100% of the booking cost.
This is in addition to the standard refund schedule outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Age & Participation Requirements

Participants must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Some workshops may require a minimum level of physical ability; please contact us if you have questions about participation.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participation in workshops and ranch activities may involve livestock, tools, outdoor conditions, and physical activity.
By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Redwing Ranch is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by staff and instructors.

6. Photography & Media Release

By attending a Redwing Ranch event, you consent to the use of photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional and educational purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

7. Conduct & Participation

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
No refunds will be issued if a participant is removed for misconduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, photos, and content provided by Redwing Ranch are the property of Redwing Ranch and may not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
