Workshop Overview

August 21–23, 2026 | Redwing Ranch, Gardner, CO

Join us at Redwing Ranch in Gardner, Colorado, for Grazing Management, a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground grazing management workshop designed for women+ working with livestock or land. Meet Your Instructors

Cowgirl Proven is taught fully in-house by the Redwing Ranch team—people who live this work every day. Our instructors bring a mix of practical ranch experience, regenerative grazing knowledge, and on-the-ground lessons learned from managing cattle, pastures, and water across 4,200 acres.

We’re excited to share what we’ve learned on the range: the systems that work, the mistakes that taught us the most, and the tools that are helping us run a profitable, land-centered grazing operation.

This workshop is built on real experience, transparent decision-making, and a commitment to helping you take these skills home and apply them on your own landscape.

As a beginning rancher and an introvert, I felt nervous about attending. However, it was worth stepping out of my comfort zone. I was impressed with the useful information and the friendly atmosphere. The lessons were easy to follow, and the food and company made it a great experience. I will cherish those memories. I strongly recommend Redwing Ranch for anyone interested in their workshops. I gained valuable knowledge that will help me succeed in the agricultural industry. Being around successful people is important for growth. If you’re considering it, go for it—you won’t regret it!
